    I have worked with Kathy for nearly two years. I went because I noticed how much weaker I felt than I used to. I am physically active but as I age it seems that my strength was diminishing. No more. I am stronger than I was and feel solid in my body. She designed personal sessions for me that met me where I was at and little by little my strength grew. It has been one of the best investments I have made in my health.

    I am very grateful for the training I do with Kathy to make me stronger and healthier. Her technical and anatomical knowledge is incredible. She pays attention to how my body is feeling and offers stretches and movements which focus on what I need. I feel that after working with Kathy on flow movements, I am standing up straighter. My awareness of my posture is better than ever before. Kathy is so positive, always focusing on what I do right. She makes me feel good about what I can do.
